Rapunzel Rapunzel I have always enjoyed this fairytale, about a girlish woman with exceptionally long hair who is kept captive in a tall column by a sorceress. The stern Bothers and Zelinkys version is very different from each other. Zelinsky retells the tarradiddle in another way.
