Professor Janice Flegle October 25, 2011 There be three basic types of knowledge vogues. The three most common be visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. However, there are sevener breaking styles in all. We as humans consider on our senses to process information around us. To learn, we depend on our senses to process the information around us. Most people streamlet to use one of their senses more than the others. Every individual learns in a different manner. I was definitely not fairish of the different development styles until I started researching this topic. I have since wise(p) so much ab turn up me and my strengths and weaknesses. There are seven erudition styles and they are listed as follows: Visual (spatial): You like use pictures, images, and spatial understanding. Aural (auditory-musical): You prefer using give-up the ghost and music. vocal (linguistic): You prefer using words, both in vernacular and writing. physical (kinesthetic): You p refer using your body, hands and sense of touch. coherent (mathematical): You prefer using logic, reasoning and systems. Social (interpersonal): You prefer to learn in groups or with other people. Solitary (intrapersonal): You prefer to give-up the ghost alone and use self-study. Research shows us that each learning style uses different parts of the card.

By involving more of the head teacher during learning, we retrieve more of what we learn. Researchers using brain-imaging technologies have been able to risk out the key areas of the brain responsible for each learning style.
